Dr. Winston has a solo practice with two locations: Dunwoody, Georgia and Marietta, Georgia. He is also affiliated with Ridgeview Institute (a psychiatric hospital) and Wellstar (a large hospital system). Dr. Winston is also an assistant professor at Mercer University’s Physician’s Assistant Program, Atlanta.

Hallie Rubin
My name is Hallie Rubin, and I am a physician assistant who specializes in psychiatry. I am board certified to practice medicine with an extra certification in psychiatry. I attended University of Georgia for my bachelor’s degree in psychology and Mercer University PA school for my master’s degree. I see patients ages five and older, and I help people through difficult times at various stages in their lives. I diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, attention deficit disorder, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, childhood mood disorders, schizophrenia, etc. I am a great listener and communicator, and I am extremely organized. I grew up in Atlanta, and I have always loved mentoring and giving back to my community. In my spare time, I love cheering on the Georgia Bulldawgs, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and hanging out with my family and dogs.

Reed Conn
Reed Conn, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mercer University and a master’s degree in nursing with a focus on psychiatry from Valdosta State University.
His professional journey began at Grady Memorial Hospital where he initially served as an Emergency Medical Technician and subsequently transitioned his focus to mental health care. Reed possesses extensive experience in various psychiatric settings, including adolescent stabilization and outpatient services, addiction treatment, and long-term care psychiatric facilities for adults.
Currently, Reed diagnoses and treats a diverse range of psychiatric illnesses spanning the lifespan of individuals from five years of age and above. His unique strengths lie in his ability to establish empathetic and attentive relationships with his patients, fostering collaborative partnerships that enable them to identify the most effective treatment options tailored to their specific needs.

Kimone Wright
Kimone Wright is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida and completed her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama. She received specialized training through the prestigious Orlando VA Medical Center Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Residency Program.
With over 8 years of diverse clinical experience, Kimone specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions in patients aged five and above, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and ADHD, among others. Her approach combines comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, personalized medication management, and collaborative treatment planning to help each patient achieve their mental health goals.
