Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy is based on these principles:
We offer highly personalized care, tailoring treatment to the unique needs and characteristics of each client. We practice evidence-based treatments that have been proven to help with various mental health concerns. We believe that psychological treatment is a collaborative process, in which both therapist and client are actively involved in understanding the client’s background and issues, setting goals, choosing therapy priorities, and evaluating progress. We practice in a collaborative manner, coordinating treatment with other providers you might be seeing (e.g. family doctors, psychiatrists and other specialists). With your permission, we initiate contact with prescribing physicians and others involved in your care.
